Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your item for a different size by following the instructions below. You may return your unworn item complete with all tags to us for either a full refund or an exchange.

From receipt of dispatch, we offer 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange. 

Please notify us by email (including your full name and order number) within the given time frame: studio@kapsule.se

Please include your full name, order number and email address within the parcel. 

Including all this information will ensure we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

*Please note as a small business, it is not possible for us to cover the shipping cost of returns / exchanges. 

Faulty Items

We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email studio@kapsule.se to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will process your refund (which will include your return shipping cost). 

Refunds

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and reviewed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and should reach your account within 5-7 working days.
