Shipping Policy

Ready to Wear
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Please note, we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Pre-Order Items
We offer pre-orders on selected collections, which operate similarly to our Made to Order process.

  1. Choose the item you'd like to purchase from the pre-order collection. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the collection page. Please note that this is an estimated date and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Once you’re satisfied with the estimated date, complete your purchase as usual. (Please note, payment is taken at the time of order, not dispatch.)

  3. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order

  4. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our studio. If there is any delay with your pre-ordered item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  5. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, you can do so at any time by emailing us at studio@kapsule.se

Other Information

  • Duties and taxes on international orders are not covered by us.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Pre-orders are processed as soon as they arrive at our studio for dispatch.
  • At this time, we do not offer Next Day Delivery. We currently ship via Royal Mail but are working on introducing DPD and DHL for both UK and international customers. Stay tuned!
